We are seeking an experienced and confident Chef De Partie to join our kitchen operations and elevate our gourmet burger offerings. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a strong culinary background to drive our menu innovation and ensure top-notch quality in every dish. We are looking for a long term partnership with an experienced Chef who treats this store as if it is their own.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, working as a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Ensure all burgers are made to the exact specifications required
- Source and manage ingredient suppliers, ensuring the procurement of top-quality, fresh ingredients while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, implementing best practices and procedures in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance customer experience and address any menu-related queries or concerns.
Keahlian :

- Excellent english both spoken and written
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum of 5yrs experience as chef de partie
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen, preferably within the burger or casual dining industry.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification coupled with a strong understanding of gourmet burger preparation techniques and flavour profiles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse kitchen team effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining kitchen efficiency.
