We are seeking a skilled and reliable Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and research support to our legal team and assist with a variety of tasks related to legal proceedings and document preparation.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and research support to our legal team and assist with a variety of tasks related to legal proceedings and document prAssist attorneys with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases.
Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents for attorney review and approval.
Assist with document review and discovery processes.
Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing calendars.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.eparation.

Keahlian :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Kualifikasi :

Freshgraduate or Expert are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
Years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.

Waktu Bekerja :

10:00 – 19:00 —- Monday to Friday
