Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Observe and assess the attitudes and behaviors of all team members at the outlet.
• Providing feedback and guidance on work attitudes to the team.

Keahlian :

• Microsoft office,google drive
• Proficient in data extraction and efficient data processing.
• Ability to create job vacancies and post them on various platforms.
• Conducting screening and selection processes for potential employees.
• Expertise in organizing and managing HR files systematically.
• Excellent communication skills.

Kualifikasi :

• Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in human resource management, psychology, or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR or related positions, particularly in data processing, recruitment management, and HR administration.

Waktu Bekerja :

• 09.00 – 18.00, 11.00 – 20.00, 15.00 – 24.00, 6 Days 1 Day Off
