Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team in a hybrid work environment as an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on selling our IT solutions and services to businesses and organizations in need of technology-driven solutions.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and contacting potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

Keahlian :

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including hardware, software, and IT services.

Kualifikasi :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings, adapting to a hybrid work environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Waktu Bekerja :

  • Senin – Jumat, pk 08.00 – 17.00

Tunjangan :

  • Uang Makan, Uang Transport

Insentif :

  • Bonus per Project
