Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Have a good relationship and network, good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of leadership and initiative.
• Target-oriented, highly motivated, good personality, and can work under pressure.
• Maintaining strong relationships and communication with current and prospective leasing partner.
• Create leasing program to support sales performance.
• Conduct Retail Market research and Shopping Mall to identify leasing opportunities and trends.
• Monitor market competition and recommend pricing and promotional strategies to stay competitive.
• Able to arrange busine plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the tenant
• Able to overcome problems and provide solutions
• Have an extensive network and database & Able to build good cooperation with tenants.

Keahlian :

• Microsoft Office, Marketing & Finance, Communication Skill, English Skill

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing/Public relation or equivalent.
• Male/Female, Age max 40 years old.
• More than 4 years experience in Sales Marketing or similar position, preferably as Marketing in Leasing / Corporate Finance. (preferable in Mall).
• Fluent English (both speaking and written is mandatory).
• Good Communication skill with strong leadership, good interpersonal & negotiation skill.
