Mason adventures with more than 30 years of tourism experience is looking for an experience person to join our team in our ubud outlet.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Prepare and hand-stretch dough to create the perfect pizza base, ensuring consistency in size and thickness.
• Create and customize pizza toppings according to customer preferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and have a crispy crust.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
• Assist in the development of new pizza recipes and menu items, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences.
• Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
• Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times.

Keahlian :

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, with a deep understanding of pizza-making techniques and the ability to consistently create high-quality pizzas.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly, including the ability to hand-stretch dough and create visually appealing pizza presentations.
• Proficiency in working with a variety of pizza ovens and equipment, ensuring optimal baking conditions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Kualifikasi :

• High school, diploma or equivalent / Culinary school education or relevant certifications can be a plus.
• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Ubud area.
• Able to join immediately is an advantage!
