A Seamless Beachfront Retail & Entertainment Village. Icon Mall Bali is the first real lifestyle, culture and retail center in Sanur, Bali is looking for Senior Operations Manager.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Responsible for Operational Mall.

Keahlian :

• Organized and able to create a clear progress reporting plan; Forecast and Budgeting.
• A team player with cultural sensitivity
• Fully understanding of Mall Operations, complaint handling, staff development
• Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand
• Good communication skill and proficient in English
• Strong understanding of building and facilities maintenance companies, leasing principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and achieving results
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans for the mall.
• Analytical abilities to assess risks, analyze data, and develop appropriate safety strategies.

Kualifikasi :

• Last education is Bachelor’s degree with a major in Management / Engineering / Civil / Business or equivalent.
• Male / Female, age between 30 – 47 years old.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail management or mall management.
• Having a BNSP building management certificate is preferred and other related certificates.
• Experience with quality management and certification (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Willing to locate in Bali
