Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Guidance and Counseling Teacher, you will provide emotional, social, academic, and career support to students, helping them navigate personal challenges, improve their well-being, and achieve their educational goals. You will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment.

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide individual and group counseling to students facing personal, academic, or social challenges
Assist students with academic planning, study strategies, and career exploration
Support students in developing emotional resilience, conflict resolution skills, and self-confidence
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address behavioral concerns and implement intervention strategies
Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on mental health, personal development, and study techniques
Refer students to external professionals when specialized assistance is required
Maintain accurate and confidential counseling records
Participate in school activities to foster a positive and inclusive school environment

Keahlian:

Education Background, Skill, Experience, Personal Qualities

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from reputable university with min GPA 2.75
Fresh graduate welcome to apply

Senin sd Jumat jam 07.30-15.30
