We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce (Marketplace) Specialist to manage and optimize our marketplace presence across multiple platforms. This role involves overseeing daily marketplace operations, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and a passion for e-commerce.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Manage campaigns and paid advertisements on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize performance.
• Monitor marketplace algorithms and platform updates to maintain competitiveness.
• Create promotional campaigns and coordinate product launches.
• Act as on-screen talent for live-streaming sessions when needed.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have general knowledge on baby and kids products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel.
• Expert in using Canva and Capcut.

• O Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience (Preferred major/concentration: Business, Marketing, Statistics or other relevant coursework)
• o 2+ years of experience with selling on marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target etc.) including direct experience with program launches
• o 2 years of eCommerce experience in retail, direct-to-consumer or wholesale businesses. Specific experience in the wholesale/closeout vertical desired
• o Relevant experience in a scale-up/start-up ecommerce environment
• o Knowledge of requirements, restrictions and best practices for successfully selling on Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and all other marketplace
• o Demonstrated talent for selecting product that will be successful in the marketplace space
• o Experience with paid advertising opportunities available on various marketplaces (management of agency relationships a plus)
• o Able to be onsite
• o Experienced in Excel and data manipulation/analysis
