Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT Hanwa Steel Service Indonesia is a part of the giant trading company which is located in Japan. We are looking for experienced people in legal general affair to maintain legal documents, license, handling expatriate, audit and others general affair matters.

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare & review agrements and other legally bidding documents
Dealing with cases & handling complaints in variety of legal topics
Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of team
Expatriate services & permit
Control & handling insurance claim (building, material, employee, facility, others)
Joint internal & eksternal audit as auditee
Handling coorporate legal and permit documents (Man Power, Ministry of Industrial, Environment, Etc)
Waste management regulation & permit

Keahlian:

Expert in microsoft office
- Communication, negotiation & Presentation skills
- Familiar with system OSS and SIMPLE (waste management)
- Good archiving skills.

Kualifikasi:

Have previously worked in the same filed at least 3 years experienced.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law by GPA min 3.3.
- Experienced in contract drafting, coorporate law, indusrial law, company legal, expatriate and project documents.
- Fluency in English (Japanese prefered)
- Contract based 1 years, and evaluated for permanent position based on performance.
- Residing in the Bekasi area.

Waktu Bekerja:

Senin - Jumat, 08.00 - 17.00
