The Purchasing Import Officer manages the sourcing, procurement, and importation of goods from international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations. They handle supplier negotiations, import documentation, logistics, and inventory control.

• * Procurement & Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with international suppliers (mainly from China); manage relationships and resolve issues
• * Import Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review customs documents; ensure compliance with import/export laws
• * Logistics & Inventory Coordination: Oversee shipping, delivery, and storage of imported goods; track shipments and manage inventory levels
• * Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor import costs; provide reports and suggest cost-saving strategies
• * Risk Management: Identify and address import-related risks, including customs delays and shipping issues

• * Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• * Fluent in English and Mandarin
• * Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade terms
• * Familiarity with import documentation requirements and customs clearance processes.
• * Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders

• * Have a min. Of 2 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably in purchasing or procurement role
• * Bachelor's degree or higher

• Senin - Jumat : 08.30 - 17.00, Sabtu : 08.30 - 14.00
