Assist with the delegation of day to day responsibilities to the Catering team, to produce and deliver a high quality and cost effective service of food.

• Support the Business Manager to ensure staff are meeting customer needs, booking demands and maintain high levels of catering provision to budget.
• Operate and control food related service, stock , providing report related to cost food ,sales, inventory which are integrated to budget or forecast.
• Monitor the avaibility of stock ,food, portion control and preparation for dietary provisions and delivery of food service.
• Maintain high levels of record keeping e.g. Ordering supplies in and monitor stock control to establish accuracy of costs are within budget.
• Identify staff performance and development related to catering and domestic requirements.
• To undertake other duties appropriate to the Business Manager role, which may include weekend, evening and Bank Holiday working.

• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a quality service.
• English both oral and written.

• 2 years minimum experience in F&B.
• At least Diploma degree

• Jam 07:00 - 16:00, Senin-Jumat
